Manufacturing Assembly Lead

The Assembly Team Lead coordinates the daily activities for all trades within a team to construct each assigned project, focusing on accurate and timely completion within budget and to a high-quality standard.

Requirements

• Direct the assembly team to efficiently construct projects per drawings and engineering input
• Support the Assembly Supervisor in regular meetings and provide feedback to team members
• Monitor team technical expertise levels and coordinate training
• Enforce safety protocols and programs
• Coordinate with internal functional areas to support internal or external customer changes
