Manufacturing Assembly Lead

The Assembly Team Lead coordinates daily activities for trades to construct projects, ensuring accuracy, budget, and quality. They support the Assembly Supervisor and act as backup when absent. The Lead coordinates with planning, engineering, and other teams to meet customer expectations and provides feedback on technical expertise and safety protocols.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience packaging natural gas equipment
• Leadership experience is preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings such as P&IDs, General Arrangements, and Electrical drawings
