The Assembly Team Lead coordinates daily activities for assembly team, ensures project deliverables are completed per schedules, and focuses on accuracy, budget, and quality standards.

• Direct assembly team to construct project per drawings and engineering deliverables
• Support Assembly Supervisor regarding team development, time approval, and productivity
• Coordinate with Assembly Supervisor, planning team, and management to create contingency plans
