Account Executive- HR Tech

Account Executive role at Energage, selling integrated talent management and assessment solutions to HR and business leaders, driving new business growth and expanding Energage's footprint in the marketplace.

Requirements

• 5-plus years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota in consultative, solution-based selling
• Experience selling HR technology, talent management, or human capital software strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell to executive stakeholders (CHRO, CFO, business leaders)
• Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
