EIP is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support commercial and industrial customers in understanding and accessing program offerings so they can pursue energy efficiency improvements in their facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, energy, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales, outreach, program delivery, or a related client-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to provide responsive, professional, and solutions-oriented support to customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other customer or project tracking tools
- A strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and delivering high-quality service
