Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) is a minority-owned business specializing in energy efficiency, electrification, decarbonization, and demand-side management programs. The company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support its client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, environmental studies, energy, engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, sales, outreach, program delivery, or a related client-facing role
• Leadership experience in mentoring, training, leading, or supervising staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively
