Job Description
This role involves estimating residential projects, coordinating with Sales Managers and Dealers, and assisting with project organization and delivery. The estimator must possess strong communication skills and a high degree of organizational ability, with the ability to work independently and attend job sites as needed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or related CAD drafting software is helpful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
- Knowledge of general construction practices and code requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to travel to job sites if needed
