Customer Insights Analyst role responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting customer data to uncover actionable insights driving strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources (internal & external)
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to clearly communicate key findings, trends, and performance insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and key drivers of customer experience and behavior
- Monitor and report on customer KPIs, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES)
- Synthesize and present customer insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
