Job Description
The People Operations Specialist is a key role in ensuring operational excellence within the People function at Enfuce, working closely with the wider People Team to strengthen the operational foundation, improve ways of working, and create scalable processes across multiple countries.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in People Operations, HR, or a generalist People role in an international setup
- Strong hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Experience with payroll coordination or employee lifecycle processes
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics reliably and independently
