Job Description
Seqera is a company that provides software for scientists to solve complex challenges. We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support employee lifecycle operations, compliance, HR systems, and day-to-day People processes across a distributed global team.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR, or a generalist role with significant operational scope
- Experience working in a scaling, international, or operationally complex environment
- Working knowledge of Spanish labor law administration
- Experience with HiBob or a comparable HRIS as an administrator
- Fluent Spanish and English (professional or native level for both)
