Account Manager - Landscaping

Garden Doctors is a leading landscaping and garden care company seeking a motivated and organized Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will work closely with landscaping teams to deliver high-quality services while fostering client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, landscape management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related role, preferably in landscaping or a similar industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus (but not required)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
