Job Description
The Accounting Manager will oversee the monthly close, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls in a complex, multi-entity environment. This role will lead and develop the accounting team while partnering across the organization to support the company's growth, compliance, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Required
- 7+ years of relevant experience in progressive accounting
- 3+ years of experience leading a team
- Experience in a $100M+ revenue organization or similarly complex environment
- Hands-on experience with revenue recognition, internally developed software, lease accounting, M&A
