Accounting Manager

EquipmentShare is hiring an Accounting Manager to support the Assistant Controller group and Management. The role involves performing month-end close procedures, preparing and reviewing audit and review engagement requests, and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of GAAP and the ability to research accounting matters
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and propose solutions
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Prior people management experience
