Job Description
As a Senior Attorney in Houston, Texas, you will provide legal support to the U.S. wholesale entity of ENGIE's Supply and Energy Management (SEM) business platform, developing and executing comprehensive legal strategies to lawfully facilitate SEM's commercial objectives while mitigating associated legal and other risks.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive legal strategies and solutions
- Draft, review and negotiate various energy contracts
- Assist in structuring complex hedge and other commodity transactions
- Partner with SEM's compliance professionals to ensure regulatory compliance
- Act as a subject-matter expert on legal and regulatory developments of commodities
