BESS O&M Manager

We are looking for a BESS O&M Manager who will coordinate, organize, and supervise the activities of operating and maintaining BESS power plants, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation with technical and environmental regulations, contributing directly to our sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Requirements

• University studies completed, with a degree in electrical engineering/energy/electrical engineering/automation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operating energy facilities.
• Preferably experience with BESS systems (minimum 1 year) or electric power plants.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of renewable energy production units, especially BESS technology.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering in various fields: electrical cells, protections, primary and secondary installations, auxiliary systems, low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systems, Li-ion batteries, conversion systems (inverters), SCADA.
• Excellent knowledge of working with the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of legislative norms related to technical and environmental regulations for energy projects.
• Fluency in English.
• Driving license - category B.
• Team coordination and management skills.
