We are seeking a BESS O&M Manager to coordinate, organize and supervise the activities of BESS central management, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operation with technical and environmental regulations, contributing directly to our sustainability and energy efficiency goals.
Requirements
- Coordinate and manage technical operational teams for BESS central management
- Monitor and optimize charge/discharge cycles of BESS
- Identify, analyze and resolve complex situations in BESS operation
- Develop and coordinate relationships with system operators, authorities and technical service providers
- Create and manage service packages for operation, maintenance and technical expertise in the BESS domain
- Automate data collection, interpretation and reporting processes for commercial management of BESS, in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Prepare and manage budgets, as well as create technical reports for internal and external partners
- Ensure support for integration of BESS with commercial activity and IT infrastructure of the ENGIE Group
