Job Description
Country HR Director Netherlands, experienced HR leader, strategic thinker, data analyst, HR analytics, learning strategy, leadership development, HR operations, local labor regulations, digital HR tools, excellent communication, stakeholder management, change leadership skills, Fluent in Dutch & English, reporting to the BeNeLux HR Platform Lead and Country Manager Netherlands, based at our Zwolle office.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in multicultural, matrixed organizations
- Solid knowledge of HR processes
- Expertise in learning strategy, leadership development, HR operations, local labor regulations and digital HR tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Fluent in Dutch & English
