As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management, advising clients on complex HR matters Benelux as required. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience, knowledge of EoR Industry is desirable
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and a basic understanding of the French language - additional languages are a bonus
- Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws and strong working knowledge of employment regulations more broadly in Europe
- Experience supporting complex employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
