Job Description
The HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry will be a key business partner to clients, advising on complex HR matters in Benelux, owning the full employee lifecycle, and ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Knowledge of EoR Industry is desirable
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and basic understanding of French
- Deep expertise in Benelux labor laws and employment regulations in Europe
- Experience supporting complex employee relations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
