ENGIE is looking for an Ingénieur études Sécurité industrielle (H/F) to join its team in Marseille, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of projects related to the transition to a sustainable energy industry. The role will involve integrating safety principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management methodologies into multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Requirements
- Integrate safety principles, regulatory requirements, and risk management methodologies into multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Define, manage, and track safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk analyses: HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, internal and external risk evaluations.
- Identify safety and environmental constraints, propose adapted solutions.
- Evaluate, document, and control the integration of safety constraints into engineering deliverables.
- Prepare regulatory files ICPE (declaration, registration, authorization, hazard studies).
- Conduct or contribute to permitting and regulatory processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, codes, directives, and regulations (including ionization-related aspects).
- Define security philosophies: DI/DG, fire protection, ESD, explosion, etc.
- Model dangerous phenomena using PHAST and FLUMILOG software.
- Conduct or contribute to functional safety studies (SIL evaluations, instrumented safety functions).
- Facilitate multidisciplinary safety reviews.
- Support project execution, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Participate in non-conformity resolution and corrective action follow-up.
- Promote a safety culture and contribute to team awareness.
