Power Electronics Expert

The role is responsible for leading and executing research and innovation projects in power electronics, providing technical consulting and expertise for clients, and developing and improving lab setups for testing and monitoring power electronic systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electronics or electrical engineering (PhD is a plus)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in power electronics (design, testing, simulation)
• Experience with inverter systems, control systems, and lab measurements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus. Spanish is an asset.
• Comfortable mentoring others and working in a diverse, international team
• Willing to travel occasionally (up to 10 days/year)
• Open, flexible, and eager to learn
