Job Description
ENGIE is seeking a Process Mining Specialist to leverage their Business Analyst expertise and deep understanding of finance, procurement, and human resources to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at using process mining tools to analyze and improve business processes, ensuring data integrity and developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and data models.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to understand their needs and challenges
- Utilize Signavio to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses
- Develop and maintain KPIs and data models to support business analysis
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Participate in process mapping and improvement workshops
- Execute user training and conduct Q&A sessions for dashboard adoption
