Job Description
ENGIE GBS Romania is seeking a Process Mining Specialist to enhance operational efficiency by analyzing and improving business processes using process mining tools like Signavio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business analysis, finance, procurement, and HR, and will be adept at using process mining tools to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and HR teams to understand their needs and challenges
- Utilize Signavio to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses
- Develop and maintain KPIs and data models to support business analysis
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Participate in process mapping and improvement workshops
- Execute user training and conduct Q&A sessions for dashboard adoption
