This position involves analyzing process flows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making using advanced process mining and analytics tools.
Requirements
- Experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio)
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation concepts
- Communicative Polish language skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
