The Product Strategy Advisor – Power is responsible for leading the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of ENGIE’s power products across North America. This strategic role bridges market intelligence, customer needs, system constraints, and commercial innovation to deliver differentiated energy solutions that drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in energy markets, preferably in power product development, structuring, or commercial strategy
- Strong understanding of wholesale and retail electricity markets, renewable integration, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments and customer-centric product innovation
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with energy trading, risk management, and financial modeling
- Knowledge and some experience with digital platforms, energy analytics, or DERs (Distributed Energy Resources)
- Prior exposure to sustainability-driven product design (e.g., carbon-free portfolios, RECs, ESG-linked contracts)
