Job Description
As Project Engineer Water & Civil Infra, you will contribute to Tractebel's mission by playing a crucial role in the execution of marine infrastructure projects. You will take the design lead in part of a large marine infrastructure project, communicate with clients and external partners, and dimension marine infrastructure projects following current Belgian and European standards.
Requirements
- Qualified Master of Science in Structural Engineering with a Major in âDredging and Off-Shore Engineeringâ or âConstruction Designâ or âMarine Engineeringâ
- At least 5 years of relevant technical design experience
- Experience in applying the relevant design codes and guidelines for the structural design and soil-structure interaction of marine infrastructure
- Good knowledge of contracts management for public clients
- Knowledge of standards for Building Consent (omgevingsvergunning) in Flanders (Belgium) is an asset
- International driving license / driving license âBâ
- Expertise in modeling with SCIA Engineer, Plaxis and/or GeoStudio or Dsheet is an important asset
