Job Description
We are seeking a Team Manager - Operations to join our team in Nice, France. As a Team Manager - Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team of 13 people and overseeing the technical activity of energy management, maintenance, and operations on production sites for clients in the residential sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Climate, Energy, Building, or Industry
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the energy or maintenance sector, with a focus on operational management and/or center of profit management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
