Job Description
We are seeking a Team Leader Operations to join our team in Montpellier, France. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing the technical activities of energy management, preventive and corrective maintenance on production and distribution facilities (CVC) for industrial clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Climate, Energy, Building, or Industry)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including management, finance, and customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
