Job Description
We are looking for a medior IT helpdesk employee to provide technical support to colleagues and resolve IT issues in a customer-friendly and clear manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a helpdesk employee in 1st and 2nd line
- Experience with account and user management, for example Intune and Active Directory
- Experience with asset management systems, for example CMDB or Snipe-IT
- Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2
- Basic knowledge of ITIL Service Support
- Experience with the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with information management and information security
- Experience with SharePoint support
- Experience with standard PC installations
- Knowledge of Office and Office 365 in 1st and 2nd line
- General proven knowledge of Active Directory in 1st and 2nd line
- General proven knowledge of Windows in 1st and 2nd line
- Basic knowledge of networks
