Job Description
HoSt Group is looking for a Helpdesk Employee to support their internal organization with daily IT issues. The role involves service desk support, preparing and maintaining workstations, and managing mobile telephony. The successful candidate will have a completed MBO 4 ICT education, good command of Dutch and English, and a service-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Completed MBO 4 ICT education
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
- Service-oriented approach and good communication skills
- Independent, flexible, and accurate in your work
- Experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Azure, Defender) is a plus
