Job Description
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department with a primary focus on benefits administration, leave of absence management, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Requirements
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs
- Run day-to-day HR operational functions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs
- Analyze benefits data and provide reporting, insights, and ROI metrics
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
