Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering team and managing the technical aspects of the remanufacturing process. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and customer demands. The ideal candidate has significant experience in remanufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Experience with assembly of complex hydraulic/mechanical assemblies
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting abilities
