Job Description
Engineers Gate is seeking a Legal Counsel to facilitate and support its APAC expansion, providing practical and solutions-oriented legal guidance aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong or Singapore
- Solid understanding of APAC regulatory frameworks relevant to investment managers and trading entities
- Experience engaging with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and familiarity with Hong Kong licensing requirements
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functions and geographies
