Job Description
We are seeking a CEI Senior Inspector to ensure the contractor's work meets project design specifications and FDOT quality standards. This role involves managing lower-level inspectors, performing complex technical assignments, conducting field tests, and coordinating field activity. The Senior Inspector is responsible for field measurements, calculations, and data reporting.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4+ years FDOT experience specific to CEI project activities
- Understanding of FDOT construction project administration methods
- CTQP Certification in Asphalt, Concrete, Earthwork, pile driving and drilled shafts
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to utilize survey equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
