Job Description
This position is for a CEI Senior Inspector responsible for ensuring project work adheres to project specifications, FDOT/Client quality standards, and accurate record keeping. The role involves complex technical assignments in field surveys, construction layout, and inspection, requiring strong leadership skills in managing lower-level inspectors and coordinating with the project manager. It is heavily focused on outdoor working conditions and weekend/overtime work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 4+ years FDOT experience specific to CEI project activities (soil, concrete, steel, and bridges).
- Understanding of FDOT construction project administration methods and processes.
- CTQP Certification in Asphalt, Concrete, Earthwork, pile driving and drilled shafts are required.
