Job Description
ESF is seeking dynamic, qualified ‘learn to swim’ coaches to join their team. The role involves planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 5-15, while demonstrating professionalism and a passion for the sport. Coaches should be reliable and committed to best teaching practices.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 1 qualified swimming coach
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a swimming coach with children aged 5+
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality coaching sessions
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to use various IT programmes (Microsoft Office) and engage with social media
- Pleasant and approachable character
