As a Sales Engineer at Enlace Health, you will work with executive buyers at leading health plans and provider organizations to understand how Enlace creates financial and clinical value, and turn that understanding into revenue. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and business, and requires strong technical and solution expertise to qualify, shape, and close new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or similar role
- Direct experience in healthcare, ideally with payers, value-based care, payment integrity, population health, or healthcare analytics
- Strong understanding of health plan operations and data, including: medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility, provider data; common payer systems (core claims platforms, care management, data warehouses); and basics of value-based payment models (e.g., shared savings, bundles, episodes, capitation)
