Job Description
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Astoria, Queens, NY region. Requirements
- Board Certified, NP or PA certification in the State of New York
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to accurately assess and diagnose

- Ability to solve problems independently
- 1-2 years of primary care experience (hospice experience highly preferred)
