Job Description
Ennoble Care is a mobile healthcare provider offering primary, palliative, and hospice services in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. They seek experienced NPs or PAs to provide care in Gravesend/Flatlands, NY, focusing on chronic condition patients. Providers will assess, diagnose, and plan treatments, and collaborate with other team members.
Requirements
- Board Certified, NP or PA certification in New York
- Strong clinical skills with accurate diagnosis and treatment
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills
- Ability to independently solve problems and operate
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience preferred)
