We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will act as the CEO’s right hand in a founder-led business and take ownership of execution across the company.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ecommerce / DTC businesses
• Have been part of a scaling or transformation journey
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and strong personalities
• Strong people skills, able to build trust, navigate conflict, and create alignment
• Mature and grounded, able to bring calm and clarity in complex situations
• Fast-moving and pragmatic, able to act, not just plan
• Understands technology and is comfortable working alongside technical leadership
