Job Description
ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for a COO who will act as the CEO’s right hand in a founder-led business and take ownership of execution across the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ecommerce / DTC businesses
- Have been part of a scaling or transformation journey
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and strong personalities
- Strong people skills, able to build trust, navigate conflict, and create alignment
- Mature and grounded, able to bring calm and clarity in complex situations
- Fast-moving and pragmatic, able to act, not just plan
- Understands technology and is comfortable working alongside technical leadership
