We are seeking a Director of Consumer Strategy to help shape the future of our consumer lending business. This role will drive strategic initiatives across our core consumer brands, identifying growth opportunities, evaluating product and market expansion decisions, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring those strategies to life.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, financial services, or related fields.
- Significant experience in consumer lending, consumer finance, credit, or adjacent financial products; fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, customer economics, growth drivers, and performance management in a consumer or financial-services context.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and practical recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable business impact.
- Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear narratives for senior leaders.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and build alignment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
