Lead, Lending Operations & Partnerships (Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Lending Operations Lead to manage the end-to-end operational flow of our lending marketplace, ensuring every loan application is complete, accurately matched to the best external partner, and processed with maximum speed and efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in commercial or consumer loan processing, documentation, or underwriting practices.
• Ability to evaluate balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns to assess the financial health and eligibility of an SMB.
• High comfort level with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data entry and tracking.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in data verification and file integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for files with partner underwriters and collaborate with high-energy sales teams.
