Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and effective issue resolution. Key responsibilities include customer orders management, communication with customers and sales teams, and handling customer complaints and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
