Enovis Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality operational and administrative support to customers in a regulated medical device environment. The role involves managing customer orders, communicating with sales teams and logistics, and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Desirable: Experience with ERP system, experience in a similar function in the healthcare or medical device industry, fluent in English.
