Job Description
As a key member of the Legal Team, the Sr. Counsel - Corporate will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a law firm and/or company structuring, drafting, negotiating and analyzing contracts
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school is required.
- Admitted to practice in any state bar and in good standing
- Experience working in the medical device/healthcare industry is a significant plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work in a fast-paced environment
- Travel Requirements: As needed, domestically – up to 10%
