Engineer II, Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer leads from various sources and driving revenue by promoting add-ons, upgrades, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience in direct sales in a call center environment
• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the US market
• Strong track record in cross-selling, upselling, and revenue expansion
• Excellent communication skills with a US-friendly accent
• Ability to work in US shift (night shift in India)
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms
• Data-driven mindset with focus on conversion rates, deal size, and customer lifetime value (CLV)
