Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to qualify interest, understand energy needs, and guide them through the early stages of the solar journey.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales or call center sales environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English (B2 level) and Dutch (C1 level)
- Proven ability to qualify leads and manage sales cycle
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
