Drive localized business development and market expansion for energy storage solutions across Poland. Lead market development, customer acquisition & development and end-to-end full-cycle project closure to achieve annual sales targets while building a regional sales network.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in overseas sales of BESS/PCS/EMS
- Experience in managing projects independently and familiarity with full project lifecycle
- Business-fluent English language proficiency
- Solid understanding of ESS architecture (battery cells/BMS/PCS/EMS)
- Proficient in international trade (INCOTERMS 2020), L/Cs, performance bonds, and export credit insurance
- Ability to independently close deals from lead to payment
- Familiarity with EU and CEE energy storage subsidies, capacity markets, and grid code changes
- Ability to reach energy managers and C-level, understand TSO bidding logic and industrial pain points
