Director, Assessments

Director, Assessments job at Ensemble Health Partners. Oversees and directs the assessment process, including data collection, validation, and management of detail reviews. Requires detailed knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes and workflows. Must demonstrate ability to understand, calculate, and apply key performance indicators (KPI's) for all phases of the revenue cycle. Requirements

• 5 years of experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue
• Detailed and practical knowledge of acute and physician revenue cycle processes and workflows
• Ability to understand, calculate, and apply key performance indicators (KPI's) for all phases of the revenue cycle
• Strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills
